Shipping Information
If the products are in stock, they will be delivered to the address specified by the customer within one working day (for orders placed by 6:00 p.m. at the latest). Delivery takes place exclusively within Switzerland or Liechtenstein and is carried out by Post CH AG. For orders under CHF 15, a small quantity fee of CHF 5 will be charged. Orders over an order value of CHF 15 are delivered free of charge.
Return Policy
In online trading, the customer usually has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 working days of conclusion of the contract without giving reasons. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to snus, as these products are considered perishable goods with a limited shelf life.
If you are dissatisfied with a product or the quality does not meet your expectations, you can contact us by email at contact@empireofsnus.com. Our customer service will handle your case individually and look for a solution that is acceptable to both parties.
Cancellation of orders
Unfortunately, due to system technical reasons, you cannot change or cancel your order yourself. If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact our customer service immediately by email at contact@empireofsnus.com. An order can only be changed or canceled until it has been processed by our warehouse. If you have any problems or questions, we will be happy to help you.
